Available 7 days a week, year-round, Millenium’s entire operation including rental check-in desk, housekeeping, engineering, marketing, accounting, and administration is all located on-site at Vista Cay Resort and available to help for guest issues immediately.

 Our Owner Service’s staff is committed to ensuring that all aspects of managing your vacation rental property are handled in a timely and professional manner. We provide monthly statements that detail how much rental revenue you have earned, taxes collected and paid on your behalf, and any charges that have incurred during the month. We use only the top property manager programs to manage reservations, rates, and real-time inventory.
We list your home on all the top booking sites with eye-catching professional photos and detailed property descriptions.  

Operated out of the main clubhouse, Millenium is the only management company able to check-in guests at the resort and service them 7 days a week, year-round. Our agents provide excellent customer service and knowledge of the resort, resort amenities, and local areas. With Millenium managing your vacation rental property, the guest will never feel like they are on their own with no one there to assist them.   

Our engineering team has over 30 years of combined maintenance experience. There is no problem they cannot diagnose and fix unless a licensed professional is required. Extensive scheduled preventative maintenance ensures that all units are maintained in peak condition. 

Millenium uses its own highly trained housekeeping staff for its daily cleaning operation. Having our own cleaners gives us the advantage of having them trained our way as well as ensuring that they are trustworthy and doing the best job possible to meet Millenium’s high cleaning standards.
